Our aim is to make the whole process of getting married very simple and easy for you. All you have to do is arrive on the day.

Your first elopement package is..

The $897.00 Basic Elopement Package

With this Elopement package you will have...

• A Civil Celebrant for your ceremony.
• All legal documents supplied and lodged for you.
• Your own choice of an intimate ceremony.
• Signing table and music player provided if required.
• Two Witnesses if needed.
• Professional Photography to capture your special moments.
• All photos as enlargements (13 x 18 cm)
• Your can choose your location within the Coffs Harbour district.

Optional extras:

• All Images on personalised CD in Hi Resolution jpeg format with copyright
• A movie DVD created from your images with transitions and music.

This package includes your complete civil marriage ceremony arranged for you overlooking the ocean or any other public location of your choice in the Coffs Harbour area.

You will have a professional photographer in attendance at your ceremony capturing your special moments and providing you with 30 lovely 13 x 18 cm enlargement photos..

Your 30 beautiful 13 x 18 cm enlargement photos will be supplied to you in a presentation box.

This elopement package is $897.

You can also upgrade the Basic Elopement package to include 50 enlargement photos for a total package price of $1095.00

You will have 2 nights accommodation at a 4.5 star resort, situated near some of the most beautiful beaches at Coffs Harbour. A Marriage Celebrant will look after every aspect of your civil ceremony and it will be conducted at a location of your choice.

Loving Images will provide you with a Professional Photographer and an assistant for up to one and a half hours of time capturing all your most intimate and precious moments.

We will also act as your two witnesses during your ceremony if needed. You will have 30 beautiful 13 x 18 cm enlargement photos supplied to you in a presentation box.

You can upgrade the Deluxe Elopement package to include 50 photos for the total price of $2090.00

Details of the Deluxe Package:

Accommodation:

The main resort that we use for our Deluxe Package is the 4.5 star Aanuka Beach Resort at Coffs Harbour and the accommodation used is a deluxe Paradise Spa Bure. It's very lovely and ideal for the elopement package. It has a Balinese feel to it which means that you can have your very own tropical style elopement right here in Australia.

The Bure is 57 square metres with a a queen bed. It features an ensuite, with oval spa and glass atrium roof, lounge with a sofa, living and dinning area, mini bar, hair dryer, cable TV, stereo, DVD player and air conditioning.

As mentioned a full buffet breakfast for two is included each morning and a dinner voucher to the value of eighty dollars is also included. This can be used in their award winning restaurant "Finz" or the Casey Bar.

Aanuka Beach Resort is our first choice for your accommodation when you book our Deluxe Elopement package. You will be staying in a beautiful Paradise Spa Bure. This is subject to availability so book early.

Ceremony:

Your ceremony will be conducted with professionalism and dignity on a beautiful headland location overlooking beaches/coastline (or other agreed public location) by a Civil Marriage Celebrant. You will be glad to know that the Aanuka Beach Resort is about 50m from one of the best beaches in Coffs Harbour, "Diggers Beach". It has easy access and you can have your ceremony right at the waters edge.

A personalized ceremony will be designed for you. You may of course personalize the ceremony further in consultation with the celebrant. When finalized a ‘Keepsake Copy’ of your ceremony will be printed on special paper and included with the certificate you receive on the day as your personal record of your special day.

All documentation and registration requirements are attended to for you by your celebrant. Friendly assistance will be provided on all aspects of your ceremony. Ceremonies can be traditional or different in a variety of ways. A practice prior to the ceremony is included if required and if requested a portable stereo and/or signing table is provided.

Assistance will also be provided to enable you to order if you wish, a Marriage Certificate/s from the NSW Registry of Births Deaths and Marriages without the need to provide the 3 forms of identification normally required.

Photography:

Loving Images Wedding Photography will provide a professional photographer and an assistant to be in attendance. We will even act as your witnesses during your ceremony if needed. Loving Images provides an attentive and caring photography service to meet your special needs and have been professional photographers in the local region for over 14 years. We will capture all your precious moments of the ceremony for you, as well as the natural relaxed and intimate photos afterwards.

The elopement photographic package has been put together especially for couples who want quality and value.

You will receive a photographer and assistant for up to one and a half hours, thirty photos as 13 x 18 cm enlargements. Your beautiful photos will be gift wrapped in a lovely presentation box and given to you as pre-arranged. Your beautiful captured memories will be printed on archival photographic paper and will be ready within 10 working days.

For the Hair Style:
An appointment will be made for these services to be provided by a professional Hair Design salon located centrally in Coffs Harbour or provided in your room if you choose for an extra fee.

Couples will be responsible for making their own transport arrangements to attend the salon.

For the Bridal Bouquet: Optional Extra
This will be supplied by a local professional florist and will consist of flowers that are in season.

Packages are subject to availability and may exclude some public holidays, long weekends and school holidays and must qualify as an elopement (that is, no more than 6 people attending).

Prices are subject to change without notice as they are based on rates/charges known at a particular time and are expected to be in effect for a reasonable time in the future. The current price will be confirmed at the time of reservation.

In the case of inclement weather a wet weather venue will need to be arranged. We are happy to assist you with this but this is soley your responsibility and hire charges may apply.
