Wedding Photography Contractual Agreement

Loving Images agrees to be contracted by ELOPING COUPLE to provide a Deluxe Elopement Package which includes:

Total Deluxe Elopement package price $$$$. The wedding ceremony is for the WEDING DATE at WEDDING CEREMONY TIME. Accommodation dates are for the DATES. We give a satisfaction guarantee to ELOPING COUPLE based on the following conditions:-

That the eloping party meets our time requirements as arranged and is not more than 20 minutes late. That the eloping party is fully co-operative with the wedding photographer during the photo sessions and that the eloping party conforms to our agreed stated plan or strategy.

That payment is made 21 days before the wedding ceremony date. Cancellation or transfer of Loving Images wedding photography services within 120 days from the wedding date will incur a cancellation fee of fifty percent of the outstanding balance and that any legal expenses incurred in the recovery of monies owed will be the responsibility of the client. Cancellation or transfer of wedding date must be given in writing, and signed by the clients. This notice must be confirmed by Loving Images. Balance owing from cancellation must be paid within 21 days of the defaulted wedding date. If transferring the wedding date, the original deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit must be paid upon re-booking your new wedding date.

Loving Images guarantee only applies to its photographic material and to no other third party supplier in any form real or perceived. Our contractual obligations is in the quality of service, number of photos and the standard of photography as previewed by the clients and will be maintained to the highest standard possible. This is conditional of good weather.

We guarantee this with a refund of the photographic component only (this does not include the non refundable deposit)

Our guarantee does not include any error committed by any third party e.g. film manufacturer, Data Card corruption, photo processing lab, or postal service or courier if required. If an error was incurred by Loving Images and did not fulfill the contracted number of photos, a refund would be given on a pro rata basis. Loving Images takes no responsibility for photos left in storage at the premises of Loving Images or by any third party. All Parties agree this is the full extent of Loving Images liability, real or perceived.

If for any reason you ask for a refund it must be put in writing and stated with good reason why. This must be done within 7 days from the pick up date of the photographic material in order to be valid. All photographic material must be returned to Loving Images and will remain the property of Loving Images before a refund is made. Reproduction of the wedding material in any way will void any guarantee.
